Homemade Taqueria Jamaica

I feel so sorry for the chefs and the owner. I ordered from Grubhub and went to pick it up. The cashier who handed me the bag of food was not nice. It seemed like she couldn’t handle a deaf customer and never smiled. I love their foods, but I don’t feel good about picking it up. (T_T)

I usually come here all the time because the food is good but today it wasn’t. Cashier would NOT put her phone down and I was standing there waiting to order for about 5 minutes (yes I said something to let her know I was in front of her, no she did not notice.) THEN she messed up the order: I order 3 birria tacos with consome and she charged me for quesabirria and then called me back to charge me 10 more dollars for her own mistake. Then the chef obviously started making the quesabirria already, so after I paid again and the issue was resolved, INSTEAD of making my actual order (birria tacos) he simply took the quesabirria he was already making and split it up into 3 “tacos” and we got old consome full of fat and random meat and the tacos had no onion, cilantro, or any of the sides except

I ordered on Uber eats.The food had no flavor.i order tacos (chicken beef and pork) and quesadillas and chips and salsa.The salsa tasted so bland it felt like I was eating just the chips. The worse part was the empanadas…it was burnt and dry. It tasted bitter and like soap..?idk I was overall disappointed.

ordered 3 chicken taco’s and I am not going to lie, but that was the most dry and flavorless chicken taco i have ever put in my mouth. Tried various different sauces with it to help and save the taste but it’s so dry and flavorless not even dousing the entire thing with sauce packets can save it. It’s cheap but definitely not worth the price.

Food was delicious and portion was a lot. Service was on top notch and delivery was on time. I took the pic while we were eating, it was more tacos and quesadillas but we eat it. Churros were very delicious and crunchy on the outside and nice and soft on the inside. We often order food from this restaurant so I decided to review it today. Employees are very courteous. Birria had lots of meat and full of satisfying flavors. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend.
