I received the most beautiful Christmas rose arrangement today. I am so happy with them! They are exquisite!

Ordered $60 worth of flowers for Mother’s Day. Called to make sure they were going to be delivered and the lady answered the phone didn’t even announce herself as a business. Then she couldn’t find my order. Said then she didn’t have staff to deliver the flowers. Then said she didn’t have the flowers itself to even make the bouquet that I ordered. She’s said she would make sure she would get it delivered the next day. So I called the next day and again she couldn’t find my order. Couldn’t remember even speaking to me. She said no it hasn’t been delivered and she doesn’t have the flowers to make the arrangement. I said then we need to process a refund and she’s said because she couldn’t find my order she can’t process my refund. Totally unacceptable and wasted $60. I made a report to the BB

I can't share enough accolades for this florist! My company got some last minute info regarding a funeral and we wanted to still send an arrangement. I had originally went with some other place that claimed to do same-day deliveries, but they cancelled on me with only hours until the service. I called Hometown and this lovely woman answered, knew exactly which service I was referring to, offered an item, and reassured me she would have it over to the funeral parlor asap. THANK YOU for providing beyond amazing service to our company!
