Honey Dew Donuts

The nicest Honey Dew I’ve been to. The staff is very kind and helpful. Their service is quick! They’re very attentive. The food is hot and fresh. And not to mention it is super clean! If you want to be greeted by a smiling face when you’re getting your morning coffee, stop by this Honey Dew. I was also ordering from the DoorDash app, and picking up. And the staff was SO kind to tell me door dash was charging me almost $5 more just to use the app, and to download the Honey Dew app and I will pay regular price with the same benefits. Extremely kind of them to take the extra minute to explain that to me. I only leave good reviews when I had an excellent experience somewhere :)

Employees were too busy laughing and talking to each other when taking order. We had ordered two bagels toasted with cream cheese , a coffee and a water. When we got to window they didn't remember the bagels. We then waited and they gave us microwaved bagels that were soft and squishy . At least they got the water right.

I ordered two butter beer drinks , it was terribly made and they left a bottle top in my drink. Don’t go here

Honey dew staff is terrible. Chit chatting with each other non stop. Couldn’t remember my order. I was only customer there. There were 3 employees. I don’t know why they couldn’t get my coffee. I paid for it. Waited waited waited. They politely said it’s coming. I waited. Then finally drove off without even asking for my money back. Didn’t want be late for work. Seriously I was there 15 min. With no other customer there. All set
