HoneyBaked Ham

What can I say, they know a little something about making good hams. I've only ordered sandwiches from this location and they have never disappointed me. Staff is always friendly and prompt. Food is made to order and priced within reason. The facility is always clean and stocked. Plenty of free parking is available. Also, If dining in is tour preference pull up a seat because there is plenty of room.

Not just a place to buy family meals, it's also an awesome sandwich shop! Sandwich meats are carved thick. The Douglasville location has a local favorite not on the menu, just ask for the "Hotlanta". It has warm thick carved ham, turkey, and roast beef with cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise and their Hickory Honey Mustard which is more Honey than Mustard. Ask for extra Honey Mustard on the side. The staff is well managed, friendly and professional.

Last minute pick for dinner. It took a moment for someone to come to the counter. They have a specialty menu on the counter that we saw after placing our order. I added onions to my club sandwich for an additional .50. The restaurant smelled like Fabuloso and old mop water. We could not locate the score. Between the Tavern Club and the Honeybaked Ham sandwich meals, the club won for flavor. The onions that I added were the reason why. The Honeybaked tasted like packaged grocery store lunch meat. The small side of potato salad was the classic mustardy, sweet version. The small side of broccoli salad is always good. Other customers complained about the wait time.

⭐☆☆☆☆ 1-Star Review – Douglasville, GA Location (Store #1511) Visit Date: 11/29 around 11:45 AM I visited the Honey Baked Ham in Douglasville (7421 Douglas Blvd, Store #1511), and my experience was deeply disappointing and concerning. When I arrived, there were three customers ahead of me and only one cashier working. Another employee came in to pick up his paycheck, and the cashier completely stopped assisting customers to have a personal conversation. I overheard her say, “The staff didn’t prep yesterday for today… they screwed us,” which was very unprofessional to hear as a customer. I continued waiting patiently. Show up at 10 am when they open. We sit along with another employee who is trying to to get in to work. 10:25 am later we leave! No one there. No answer to the phone. Employee still waits and even tries to call I assume the manager. No answer. She is still waiting. We go the Austell location 13 miles away! Get your act together!
