Hong Kong Buffet

Friendly staff, food quality varies. Some dishes were cold and unappealing on the buffet while others were hot and delicious. Top picks were the chicken wings, lo mein noodles, and the mushrooms. Have had better experiences at this location in the past. Will revisit in the future to try again.

We have been here before and had a good experience but this time was not good. For 3 adults it was $45.02 and we were charged a fee to use a debit card. The price would not be an issue if we were actually able to eat enough food for it to be worth the money. My husband is 6ft. 3in. tall and 250lbs. He only was able to eat 2 regular sized plates of food. That is very unusual! I’m not sure what they put in the food to make you full so fast but it should be illegal. When my husband asked for a to go cup that he could pour his glass of tea into he was give a tiny cup smaller than a happy meal cup. I understand business have to make money but these people are down right greedy. We will not be back and that makes us sad because we used to like this place.

The 5 stars is for our waitress ONLY. This was my first time eating here, I have the option to travel from NC to SC to and from this region and or location, it would have been nice to narrow down a meal spot. It will NEVER be this place for "ME." We chose this spot me and my party of 9! because we were leaving an event that ended around 7 and this place advertised it stayed open until 10 pm and it was only a few minutes away. We arrived shortly after 7:30ish all of us decided to eat at the buffet. Drinks included my bill came up to $76.00 for five people. Out of the $76.00 each of us made one trip to the buffet what a waste! We stayed until 9ish and the only fresh thing that was brought out was a pan of grilled chicken thighs. upon arrival or before we left no one put out any other fresh

Food was good except for the fried chicken was sitting to long and got hard and they didn't want to change it out. Service was good for what they had with one waitress working the entire restaurant. They also need to learn to change out fountain soda bags for the sodas was flat!!

The fried rice and white rice were cold and had ZERO flavor. Selection was small. Shrimp were like rubber. The only drinks they had were tea and Pepsi. Nothing else came out of the machine right. The waitress knew this and still let us order it. Why wouldn’t you warn someone so u don’t serve them a flat drink? We WILL NOT be back. Highly do not recommend.
