Hong Kong Kitchen

I've been going to Hong Kong Kitchen for years. They've been consistently good. The service is exceptional, especially delivery driver! Their prices are reasonable. The owners have changed but it's stayed within a family. Soups are good. I recommend the House Special Chow Mei Fun, Chicken with broccoli in garlic sauce,and the French fries. They will adjust your food according to taste.

The only issue I had was the rice is bland there are no pork or peas or carrots or any type of vegg in the rice no seasoning. The gen tso is great add extra sauce. Food is hot fresh made but they only accept cash. We had to stop again just for 🏧. They have a large menu and the chicken fingers are good size and fresh chicken. There were tables to sit and eat if you prefer. Easy to talk to to say your order. Very quickly made. They do deliver. They do curbside also. Sometimes the girls are pushy about what to order and they let people cut in line so making you wait even longer.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Don’t order! Chicken balls were fried in dirty oil- you can smell they don’t clean their fryers regularly. Special fried rice cost £7 and was microwaved. Called them twice to complain, they won’t mark the order as complete so I can’t get a refund or say how rude and AWFFIL their food is. Absolute rip off- £7 got uncle bens rice

Been here twice in the last month. The food is good. The food is ready fast! The only thing is: Cash only should be posted on their door and on their web site. As least on the takeout menu. Will order again.

Honestly the food is "Meh" and a hit or miss depending on the time of day you order. Some days it's good or so-so and other days it's awful! Coming from NY this may be the best thing in Southington but the customer service is below par 100%. Prices change each time even though we order the same thing each and every time. When I call I feel like I have to take my anxiety pills way in advance to prepare for being yelled or screamed at because they are always in such a rush that I feel like I am in a marathon !!! Don't know how they're still in business maybe cause they're really the only restaurant in Southington and people are used to eating DOO DOO. Go do yourselves a favor and look elsewhere you may have high blood pressure after leaving this place or end of in the hospital . Just stat
