Update August 2024: I guess I missed the notice on the menu or the posted displayed signage that a credit card fee is added to each food menu item and drink. I didn’t see either. Food, drink, service and atmosphere good although surprised at the credit card fees. 2025 update: Since the change of ownership, we have eaten here several times. The food is not as good as it once was. The drinks are now weak and prices for them have gone up, up, up. The Empanadas were apparently microwaved and not decent. the bun for to my sandwich was also microwaved.

Fantastic food! Maybe I visited on the wrong day because they had live trivia, but it was very loud, I opted for a patio seat, and the setting was great. Only reason for not being 5 stars was the noise level

First time being here and will be returning. This is by far the best wings in the area. The wings are big and juicy. Would probably be competition wings if they could make the sauce stick a little better. The Fries and Onion rings were pretty good/standard, probably wont get again. Would rather try other menu items out. The Chips + Skillet Queso again are probably some of the best in the area. Simple design of taco seasoned beef with good quality cheese. Ranch dipping sauce here I believe is made in house im pretty sure. The charge is $1 for a really big cup, and is totally worth it. Place is a bar, but doesnt smell like smoke. Smokers must smoke outside, love it. My only constructive criticism here is that the service is a little lackluster. No drink refills and ran out of chips wit

I've been a regular at Hoopsters for quite some time now, and I wanted to share everything about how amazing it's become under the new owner. They've managed to update the place without losing the unique charm that made it a local Jeffersonville favorite in the first place. The energy is unmatched, with TVs playing all the sports, trivia nights that bring out your competitive side, live music that’s usually pretty damn good, and karaoke nights that are an absolute blast (either singing yourself or watching others. The best part is that the food and drinks are still as affordable and delicious as ever, (shout out to Liz!) which means you can have a great time without breaking the bank. It's busier and more fun now, but still with great and quick service, and it’s attracting a diverse crowd

A fond memory that was tarnished. Not by the owner but my former other half who provoked more than one fight in the presence of dear friends. Hoopsters itself is a great place! Good memories from years gone by...
