Delicious organic bakery in Bishops shopping center. Got the Not a Donut, filled with butter cream, so good! And brought my client a cinnamon roll on my last day of working with her. She loved it. Susan helped me out, and I also met Vicky, the owner. Free coffee with your order on Fridays. Only open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Well, worth a stop! You can taste the love and passion here at this bakery!

First time in the bakery and the smell of fresh baked cinnamon buns filled the air. I planned on ordering just a Chocolate cake but who could resist the huge scrumptious cinnamon buns! They did not disappoint! As delicious as they looked! Best I have ever had! So sorry I only bought two!!! See you next weekend! 💕

They made our wedding cake and it was amazing. The cake was soft and the apple compote is out of this world. The staff is so helpful and kind.

I can’t say enough great things about Hopkins! Vickey was so pleasant and accommodating when I was arranging a dessert order for my one-yr old’s birthday. Our guests (ages 1 - 72) LOVED the cupcakes (vanilla, chocolate stuffed with ganache and carrot cake), cookies (triple chipper), and cinnamon rolls (the “minis” were huge!). Not only were they delicious but it’s so relieving to be able to provide desserts with CLEAN ingredients. I feel really lucky to have found a great organic bakery near by! I also snagged a pizza scone at pickup and it was amazing - loved the sun-dried tomato and pepperoni bits! Can’t wait to go back!

Hopkins Baking Company made our wedding day so spectacular. We ordered the strawberry cake and an assortment of cookies, scones and cupcakes. They communicated with us consistently throughout the process, excellent service and the desserts were the highlight of our wedding according to all of our guests. Will be getting our baked goods from them for all of our events. Thank you!
