So. Much. Food!!!! Every time I come here I have yet to be disappointed. The food is amazing, I have yet to completely finish my plate. The atmosphere and decor remind me of 70’s and 80’s diners back in the day. Warm, kind servers and an environment perfect for conversation without a lot of distractions.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for a while and always enjoyed it — until today. The menu clearly states that the Eggs Benedict comes with your choice of toast or pancakes for $14.99. I asked for pancakes instead of toast, but when the bill came, I was charged an additional $3.50. When I asked, the waitress (who also claimed to be the manager) said that because Eggs Benedict is served on an English muffin, I wasn’t eligible for toast or pancakes. That’s not what the menu says, and it felt like a made-up excuse to pad the bill. Photos of the menu and receipt are attached for reference. I’ve worked in food service. I understand how tough the job is. I usually tip 20% or more for good service. But this felt dishonest and manipulative — especially because the charge wasn’t disclosed unt

Experienced a miscommunication where our table was cleared without being served, manager rectified the situation, and respected our complaint, she handled the entire situation with grace. We recieved our order to-go instead and the food was fresh and delicious. I have a lot of respect for the way she resolved the situation.

Horrible service. Food was not good at all me and my kids decided to go here for a quick dinner My food didn't even get made till my kids were done eating and they charge me almost $11 in gratituity without letting me know the table was filthy two of my kids had to send their silverware back cuz it literally had food on it. The floor had napkins and food on it. They wouldn't even box my meal up to go they brought it to me on a plate as we were walking out and made me put it in it to go box. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat but I will never go back absolutely horrible.

The food was good, but the service sucked when we got there it was not busy and they told us it would be 20 minutes to get our food not sure why but I might give them another shot because the food was ok
