Hornbill Sushi & Asian Fusion

I recently brought a group here to celebrate happy hour after a home tour I was leading, and I’ll admit, I was hesitant to try a new restaurant. When you’re hosting a group, your reputation is on the line if the experience doesn’t measure up. But Hornbill Sushi blew us away! The service was enthusiastic, precise, and genuinely attentive. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, crispy on the outside and so much flavor on the inside. Their prices were fair, the beers were ice-cold, and the entire atmosphere felt upbeat and welcoming. Super clean too! It turned out to be more than I could’ve asked for, everyone left happy and impressed. Hornbill Sushi is definitely a new favorite!

Came here for the Chicken Katsu Curry and it did not disappoint! The chicken was perfectly crispy and the curry sauce was incredibly flavorful and rich. Great service and a cozy atmosphere. Definitely a new favorite spot!

now that i have properly been here in person my opinion still stands.. very friendly asian food and customer service. i have been really interested lately in soups and sushi from asian stores and restaurants. there food is always delicious and gut healthy for me. the wait is a bit longer than expected so if you don’t mind waiting grab a book or show on your phone. there food is fresh and any side recommendations you make they offer. even uber delivery from this restaurant the food still stands amazing!! 30$ to eat here is not bad.. i was expecting maybe 60 haha..

Love the layout of the restaurant! I ordered my favorite style of roll, Vegas roll, and was impressed!! Beautiful presentation. Salmon fresh. Avocado ON POINT. Tempura on both the roll and the tempura veggies was ASMR level crisp and crunchy. This was my first visit, and I will absolutely be back, with friends!
