I call Hoshizaki Miami almost on a daily basis, I have the pleasure of speaking with Manny (Emmanuel), he is extremely helpful! He takes the time to do the research find the right part numbers, gets us the parts as fast possible, he sends us the quotes we request within a matter of minutes, he places our orders. On more than one occasion, our guys were leaving and he literally ran out the door, and told our guys "hang on you guys have other orders that are here ready for pick up as well" which saves us having to make another trip. Manny, I hope this review gets back to you! We really appreciate you and all of your diligence and hard work to get us the parts, equipment, quotes, and information we need! After reading the past negative reviews I see that nothing has changed. I gave up after being on hold for over 45 minutes and ordered parts from an online vendor.

This company saved not only my life, but my customer and his business!! I needed parts last minute for my customers restaurant to function and not have to buy ice throughout the weekend. Emmanuel and Adrian were willing to stay after closing on a friday no less due to me hitting the savage miami traffic so I was able to get my parts!! They truly saved the day!! Super knowledgeable, friendly and on point!! My only regret is that u dont have a location in Fort Lauderdale and west Palm to save us all the drive and neverending traffic!! Other than that 5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD!!!

I called the Medley branch and spoke to Manny. I was in need of a condenser on an emergency basis. Within five minutes, Manny was able to track a condenser down, price it and complete the transaction. We are on the way to get this condenser. It is hard to find good workers these days as efficient and professional as Manny. Please commend him on a job well done, Hoshizaki Management.
