Great place for restaurant supplies store. They answer phones and it’s real people so that’s a huge plus over AI. Typically have the items we need and try their best to get things on the truck even if it’s last minute. We’ve only had one order that was delivered being incorrect and when they called they attempted to place blame on employee not being able to pay vs admitting their error of incorrect items being delivered in the first place. It does get overwhelming with them calling me several times a week to see if we need anything (I work an engineering job during the day). But in person they are typically very nice!

Stopped in to research some tableware. (You can tell by the photos.) Nice people. Friendly to a fault.

The people were so friendly and helpful, The amount of merchandise is amazing and if you need special orders they can get it

Their phone etiquette was second to none. Brandon helped me out over the phone. Unfortunately what I was shooting for was not within my budget so I was not able to patronize them (not their fault! I had no clue what the project I envisioned could cost which is why I called to begin with,). Brandon was extremely helpful, answered every question I had, and even called back with another option. I will definitely be giving these guys a shot next time. I need any type of commercial restaurant equipment. For reference, this is for a backyard barbecue build hence why my budget didn’t lineup.

The staff was very helpful. They were knowledgeable and quite friendly. Pricing is fantastic !
