Order: Shrimp Special Snow Crab & Scallops Spring Rolls Hot tea Gloves are actually amazing quality, not the cheap flimsy kind that hold nothing back like most places. Our server was really on top of it. Checked in at the right time, without over doing it. Kept our water and te Lots of seating and plenty of windows give it a ton of natural light. Food is absolutely amazing. The spring rolls are absolutely amazing and huge! For the boil, we got the special sauce (a mix of all the sauces) at a medium sauce since the kid was with us and it was great, she was able to eat it and said it was the perfect amount of spicy. I ordered a side of the extra hot and it was good, while not too spicy the build up definitely would be. We will be back to try more than just the seafood boil next time.
So being from the south specifically from the Houston area I was generally excited for some crawfish. I wanted to see if they would have my favorite crawfish dish: étouffée. Which in fact they did and you can even choose the spice levels. When I saw the menu at first I was really confused I thought this place was going to be a Cajun spot, I was really disappointed. The decor from the outside should of provided what needed to know but we don't judge. As I looking through the menu it seems like it was split in half Asian cuisine and Cajun. If I'm mistaken I apologize but I believe they are Vietnamese. Now here is some positive information if this spot was a place were they made their own spin and mixed Cajun with Vietnamese cuisine together and showcase their own play on classic dishes from
I visited this restaurant because the pho on their poster looked delicious. However, when I tried to order that specific dish, I was told it wasn't available and was "just for the poster." I had to settle for a different version, which I’d rate 3 stars. Compared to other spots in the area, the broth and ingredient quality here are lacking. The services were friendly, environment was clean.
We drove by and were excited to try this place out. There was no one else there when we arrived but decided to give it a chance. The atmosphere was bright, shiny and very clean. We got this nice menus and had decisions to make. My husband ordered a beer off the menu only to be informed they don't have any beer. He then ordered a summer roll and was informed again, the didn't have that either. We settled on an order or gyoza, eggrolls and q catfish platters. The gyoza was over cooked and had no flavor, the egg rolls were overcooked and very dry. The catfish platters came out and looked beautiful with very generous portions of catfish. Unfortunately the catfish itself had a very mushy texture and strong fishy smell. We were not impressed at all. It took 20 mins or more after we had finished
I ordered a seafood boil and was extremely disappointed and concerned about the quality and safety of the food. The Dungeness crab arrived blackened, with slimy gray discharge and gray meat throughout, with only small portions of white meat inside. The appearance and texture were abnormal and very unappetizing. When I brought this to the restaurant’s attention, I was told it was due to “how it was washed,” and they also mentioned the crabs were purchased from Ranch 99, which did not address my concerns about the black coloration, slimy discharge, or gray meat. I have eaten Dungeness crab many times and have never encountered this. They offered to replace only the crab, but at that point I no longer felt comfortable eating and declined. They then insisted on giving a 10% discount, and hon
