Hot Head Burritos

Hadn't been in, in a few years. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and caught me up. Everything in my burrito was excellent. Portions were great and while the roll wasn't perfect, I managed to get through the whole thing without a fork.

It was a Friday night around 8:30pm. They had nothing. Why was this store even opened. We walked in the Lady stopped us an said. ( I just want let you guys know. We are out of chicken and steak ) While cooking steak in a pan. And says to us. ( I am only cooking enough this steak for a door dash order. ) She was rude. So we just left. Guess it was closing time. NO STARS! Had to leave 1 to leave the review.

Food is always good sometimes your order is not right, but they always fix it. They always own up to their mistakes. Good people the dude at the Smithville store with the red hair and a bandanna as a manager is awesome. He’ll take care of you.

Wasn’t too busy which was beneficial for us. The only complaint I had was the rice was bland but my friend told me I can ask for a cilantro mix or something at the end. Other than that the bowl was sooo good and portions were generous.

Great service and really nice employees. My first visit and they were all very accommodating. Food was also excellent. Employees put together everything since I didn't know what I was doing. Definitely recommend.
