Hot Head Burritos

We go relatively frequently and always a good experience until tonight. I'd never seen this employee before so maybe she's new but she shorted me on meat and rice. My bowl was literally half full. Usually they have to mash down the lid cuz it's so full. Not happy.

Ordered a bowl with all the fixing’s for pickup. it was the best bowl I’ve ever had. Whoever put that thing together made it with their soul and I am forever thankful. I sadly didn’t not take any pictures and wish I would have. It was beautiful. When picking up the order the two ladies behind the counter were very polite. Awesome job all around.

Ordered online. Order wasn't ready when I arrived but cashier acknowledged me immediately and worked on my order in between other customers. Order was exactly like I wanted and tasted delicious.

Our burrito bowls were tasty; however, they were out of brown rice and stir-fried veggies when we ordered. We waited while they prepared more brown rice, but we were told the stir-fry veggies would take "a while." The stir-fried veggies were still not done when we left after eating our meal. My thought is if the stir-fried veggies take so long to prepare, why not begin to cook the new pan full of veggies as soon as the previous pan is finished cooking, so customers can have that option?

I came here yesterday 8/4 with my wife. She has a brain condition and her mind does not work like other peoples' so she has to order a way that is unique to her. The two ladies working were very understanding, patient and accommodating. They patiently allowed her to give the order the way that makes sense to her. The food was made perfectly as usual and the service was top notch from the time we walked in to when we left the building. When we are able to, we go out of our way to go to this location because the whole experience is always excellent. The AC doesn't work in our vehicle so that just shows how much we love the employees and service here. My wife ate the remaining half of hers for dinner today and said it was delicious.
