Over order from this spot many times and it has always been great. The red pea soup and the chicken soup are always delicious and Definitely a must in this cold weather. The fried chicken and curry chicken are also pretty tasty. Overall my order always comes quick and I have no complaints.

Follow up Food is still good but the customer service is lacking. I only visit because the food is good. Front line of the restaurant are the individuals who you encounter. 2 years ago: First time visiting for lunch! Delicious food and large portions. I ordered the jerk chicken bowl and their brand lemonade. Great atmosphere and history behind the restaurant.

I’m giving one star because of the customer service. The young lady with the weave ponytail had a nasty attitude and came off very snobbish. Totally unprofessional. As someone who works for a Fortune 500 company, I know what good service looks like, and this wasn’t it. The food is amazing, but the attitude from staff ruins the whole experience. Based on other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one. To the owner — fix it immediately.

Sorry, I am not the one who posts negativity. However, it seems like everyday when trying to order their main cuisine (Oxtails) they "run out" at 5 o'clock? Better preparation is needed in managing this sought after menu item. Lost my business on several occasions. Future patrons brace yourself for disappointments.

I went yesterday at 12, I notice the prices are up, I ordered 2 larges, 1 with curried goat and 1 with chicken, but first the rice and peas were only rice, there was like 4 peas in the whole container. They run out of cabbage, the lady didn't put the plantains in one of the orders, the waiting line was too long and when I get to paid, they put ox tail (of course, more expensive) instead of chicken and charge me much more. One of the ladies who serve the food was making a mess, all the food out of the containers and picking it up with the hands and serving again. And to finish, the attitude when they talk to people...🙄😒come on, If you don't like to talk to people get another job ! Never again!
