House of Bagels

been coming here for years, it used to be my favorite and only bagel place i’d go to. their bagels are amazing, as is their cream cheese. that hasn’t changed. but the way food is made now that a new group of employees is working there and a new owner, is so inconsistent. they don’t even know how to cream cheese a bagel. almost every time i get a bagel with cream cheese, there’s not even enough to cover both sides of the bagel. this photo is from today, where i asked for EXTRA cream cheese, and still there’s barely anything on it. i don’t need a mountain of cream cheese, but at the very least, there should be enough that i cant see the bread through the cc. and it depends on the person who is working, sometimes ill ask for extra cc and get literally half a pound of it on there which is en

Love this bagel shop and is my go to before work but this is the third time I’ve gotten a burnt bagel which is so upsetting. I always ask for it to be toasted but not burnt like this, I don’t know why you would just serve it like this knowing it was burnt, it is sad and I’m bummed out because this is my go to spot

I have been going to House of Bagels for 20 years, and have shipped orders to family members and friends all over the country. The quality, service and prices are bar none the best I have found. A great place that gets better and better. Highly recommend and if you haven’t ordered from them, you need to. FIVE STARS

I have watched this place slowly fall apart, literally my go to, favorite bagel place in the world. From cheap sandwiches that don’t even fit in your mouth, to expensive wish sandwiches. This must be under new owners now days. My most recent visit i got two cream cheese bagels well i asked for cream cheese, must have been scarce. And it coast 9 and change. I also asked for egg everything bagels but they gave me egg, that might have been on me granted and im not mad about that, but every time i come here it seems to be more expensive and less food. Ridiculous. Tried to give it a go again even sadder this time, paid 10 dollars for a grilled cheese see pictures attached. Only come here if your getting the basic bagel with cream cheese or if your rich
