About House of Pancakes

All of the dough here is hand pulled and hand made! Everything is flavorful and not overly salty. Very nostalgic flavors in the pancakes. Would come back any day!

This was our first time trying House of Pancakes, and let's just say--the name is definitely misleading in the best way. While you might expect a traditional breakfast spot, this cozy, mom-and-pop-style restaurant serves up hearty Northern Chinese dishes packed with flavor. We came with a large group of extended family and were impressed with how accommodating and friendly the staff were. They even made thoughtful dish recommendations based on our group size and preferences, which made the experience even better. We ordered quite a bit to share: Beef Pancakes (a house specialty) Lamb Skewers (spicy and non-spicy) Lamb Dumplings Pork Dumplings Lamb Stir-Fried Hand-Pulled Noodles Fresh Cucumber Salad Overall, the food was delicious and flavorful. That said, if you're not a fan of lamb (l

Local, low-key, friendly staff, cash only. Good hand-pulled noodles, beef pancakes/rolls, handmade chewy dumplings. Yes! We want all of them. Cash only -and you will have lots of food and change afterwards.

Very yummy experience - would recommend the beef noodle soup, onion and egg pancake, and cucumber salad. Noodle portions are huge and food comes out quickly. We went on a Saturday at noon and were seated immediately, ladies serving us were very sweet. Note that it’s cash only. Highly recommend, we will be back!

I randomly walked past here and decided to come in. The environment is about average. It’s pretty clean, but you can tell that it’s a little old and definitely not fancy . The owner was super friendly to me and she recommended me the two pancake that I ordered. The pork pancake I got was really good. For the price is really big portion. And it was fresh out of the pan, so it was extremely hot, and there are also some meat juice inside. The roll beef pancake was also very good. It has some green onions in the inside, which was a kick. I don’t seem to find these kind of restaurants a lot in the city . So it’s a surprise to me. I recommend visit here .

House of Pancakes was one of the coziest & tastiest meals I’ve had in recent memory. The garlic green beans and the beef roll pancake were the most notable items for sure. So tasty!! The hand-pulled noodles were good as well, especially on a rainy day. The garlic green The food is what earned the five stars here. The service and ambiance were alright. I wouldn’t say either were notable. It took me a few tries to flag down a server to get water, but they were quick with the tea and with the food! Overall, I’d definitely come back here!
