I really love this business. I am and always will be a huge iced tea fan! I love the flavors and options for sweet and unsweet. The prices are reasonable. I always visit when I am in town. I wish there was one closer to Athens. Surprisingly, they have absolutely amazing coffee also and I am picky about my coffee. Try the caramel macchiato, delicious!

I’ve visited twice a week for three weeks. Every assistant was friendly and respectful. I live in Ennis. Wish we had an HTeaO here! Just went to HTeaO inKafman to get two gallons of half and half mint tea. Great place with great people to help you. I’m glad to see they also have LMNT.

Almost half the time I have gone there recently, they have gotten my order wrong. I don't know how or why but it's always when I go through the drive thru. I don't know if their speaker is messed up or what. I never have a big order either. It's always one drink. How hard can it be to make one drink correctly? Today was the final straw. They messed my order up AGAIN. Asked for a half and half wild raspberry and got a half and half watermelon instead. In the past, they also hate when you ask for a gallon of tea when they are 30 minutes from closing. They give attitude. I've decided I will never go back to this place. Wish I could give zero stars.

Quick service. Always friendly and I love the variety of options. Today for the first time I tried the hot cinnamon honey macchiato and it was amazing. I highly recommend

I thought this was a tea shop where they make the tea fresh for you, but it’s more like a drink stop for tea. So the tea is already made. Equivalent to Sonic or QT. Not what I was looking for this is not a unique tea shop at all. It’s a quick stop for a drink.
