Huda is an absolute revelation in the Philadelphia food scene, serving up a masterclass smashburger defined by its lacy-edged patties and pillowy, house-made Japanese milk buns. The experience is perfectly rounded out by their expertly seasoned fries, which offer a signature crunch that pairs flawlessly with their legendary buttermilk ranch. It is a chef-driven, high-end culinary destination that comfortably claims the title for the best burger-and-fries duo in the city

I tried the short rib grilled cheese and found it quite overrated. It was too salty, greasy, and the portion size felt small for the price ($17). On the other hand, the spicy chicken was much better—flavorful (though not very spicy), with good fries on the side. The food came out quickly, and the staff was friendly. I’d come back again to try more items from the menu hopefully a 5 star worthy sandwich.

I’ve been wanting to try Huda for a long time and finally got takeout! I got the spicy chicken sandwich and a side of small fries. Price for the chicken sandwich is high (almost $17 without fries) and while it is on the larger side, the chicken was thin. I expected it to be juicier and thicker. I enjoyed the sauce and the bun. Fries were crispy, but a little over fried. They were hard, but I’m glad they weren’t soggy. For the high price tag, I was a bit let down in the sandwich. I hear they have good smash burgers so maybe I’ll try that next!

Would love to give this place a higher rating, but the smash burger I got just wasn’t a smash burger, not even close. Its just two normal beef patties, they taste good, but it’s not a smash burger which is the whole point of this place. When I went here a year ago they actually made legit smash burgers, those thin crispy patties (like in the picture they have), not sure what changed 🤷‍♂️

Genuinely one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. This is the chicken parm sandwich! Yes it's a bit pricy ($16) but look at the size of this thing it's MASSIVE. So worth it, like twice the size of a normal burger. Big fan of the thick hunk of juicy chicken and chewy milk bun!
