Huddle House

I had an amazing experience at the Huddle House in Albertville last night. The cook (Sarina) did an absolutely outstanding job. Not only was the food cooked fast and exactly right, but she went above and beyond her role. She was cooking, plating the food, bringing it to tables, refilling drinks, and checking on customers, just to help the server, (who is an older lady) Watching her handle everything with such care, speed, and accuracy was truly impressive. Because of her hard work and dedication, I will most definitely be coming back. Employees like her make a huge difference, and she deserves recognition!

The cook last night (sarina) was incredible. She handled the kitchen and helped the server at the same time, and our food was quick and spot-on. You can tell she truly cares about doing a great job. Best Huddle House visit I’ve had.

Our waitress only took our order, but the cook Sarina, she was on point. She brought our drinks, cooked the food and brought it to us, even refilled our drinks while she was doing everything else. This girl didn't let Huddle House or is down. She went above and beyond. Waitress only took the order. We are big tippers and our tip went to Sarina!

Amazing service . Stopped in for a bite to eat. Jordan was fast and efficient got my order just right. Jamie was a very good boss.leading them to great food and smiling faces,! Thanks for an awesome exoerience

Jordan our waitress got mine and my husband's order wrong well technically charged us for a different meals than we got and proceeded to act like we didn't even admitted my husband's was supposed to be that but still charged him for the other anyway. We had the exact same meal. Then she got the manager Jamie which took her side. Then said here I gave you a coupon discount which brought the ticket down a dollar. Is it really my fault you charged us for meals we didn't order but got the same food as the meals we thought we ordered ? I said okay guess im not giving that tip today and of course the waitress started slinging slurs and saying smart mouth stuff then the other waitress got in on it with her which was Justice. Very rude and unprofessional on top of the cold food.
