Huddle House

The manager was our waitress and she only came to our table twice!! I had to literally stare her down and shake my cup at her to let her know we needed refills because we had been out of drink for so long. Then what absolutely killed it for me completely was when she brought me my food 10 minutes!!!!! Before my boyfriends. I am not going to eat until he has his food so by the time his food came out my food is graveyard cold at this point and I’m pissed off and lost my appetite. And then still charged us for a WAFFLE I DIDNT EAT!!!!! My boyfriend knew I was trying not to lose what was left of my composure so he just paid for it and didn’t say a word.

We stopped in after another restaurant in town didn't seat us or even greet us after waiting several minutes. We just wanted a quick bite and were very pleasantly surprised to find that even though there were only 2 employees working, we were helped quickly and everything was delicious. I had the patty melt which was absolutely tasty. The cook came out and asked how we liked our meal, and all of us including our picky eater loved our food! Our waitress was quick to refill drinks and offer a to-go cup and it was overall a very good experience. We will be back, as our first choice next time!

Night shift staff were very friendly. The deep fried waffles were delicious.

Stopped there on our way home Dec 8 early morning weather was snowing. Waitress came to table to take our order. And my husband said to her excuse me ma'am there's something almost in your eye. She takes her finger digs the corner of her eyes and say OH it's just eye buggers. Walks away fix another customer drinks. Later she brings the order to us. Meanwhile I notice guy on the grill stirring something in a bowl while he is chewing on a straw hanging out of his mouth. The silverware was dirty, so we asked for another set which was also dirty. So, my husband goes up to the counter with the dirty silverware shows it to them and asked for plastic utensils a lady also on the grill yells in a rude and loud tone, OH no I had to borrow those from another store they are for my customers.

Made an order on the app that took well over an hour to complete. I think hmm must be busy. Nope this dude was standing staring at the fridge with the door open for like 10 min messing with a can of idk what look like sauces. I wait patiently. Finally the order was ready I get it and we are missing the blueberry muffins.. ok that’s fine we wait even longer. Finally get home and the burgers were burnt. Like the cheese was black. The chicken tenders and fries hard like a rock and so stale. Decided you know what that’s fine let’s just return it and get a refund. Nope did not get a refund and spent the next few min listening to the cook trying to convince me that it’s not burnt just a little crispy. So rude all while I was just trying to return the poorly made food. They did not give me a refu
