Huey Magoo's Chicken Tenders - Tupelo

The food was awesome! The grilled chicken was nice and tender. The fried chicken tenders were good too. The sauce was legendary,a must try. The fries were a little bland but that’s easily fixable with the sauce. I’ll add that the fries were pretty crispy too. The service was nice,no hostility felt or laziness seen. We did order 4 chocolate chunk cookies and they did forget them. But that’s fine,all I had to do was ask for them,show my receipt,and I got the cookies. Texas toast was absolutely the best. Crispy and flavorful,not burnt. Food came fairly quick too. The atmosphere wasn’t bad either. Just a casual food place.

Huey Magoo’s is hands down one of the best chicken tender restaurants I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. The chicken tenders were perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned just right. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients because every bite tastes fresh and flavorful. The sauces are incredible too—each one adds a unique touch, but the signature Magoo’s sauce is a must-try. The sides were just as impressive; the fries were hot and golden, and the Texas toast was buttery perfection. The banana pudding was awesome! What really stood out was the level of care from the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and it truly made the experience

Our first visit to Huey Magoos. My wife and I each had the 3 piece tenders. Chicken tenders are the best! Perfectly cooked, moist and well seasoned. Their crinkle cut fries are excellent. The house sauce is good but has a strong taste of pepper. I would say that I prefer Slim Chickens sauce but for everything else, Huey Magoos won the day.

My first time here and i was impressed! Food was fresh to order. Didn't take long considering all the business they had. Chicken Tenders were lightly seasoned. They had all homemade sauces and even one close to raising canes. Fries were crispy and well seasoned with salt and pepper. The toast was mid. Wasn't as fresh as the rest of food. And that candy corn lemonade was🔥🔥🔥🔥! Most definitely worth the visit!

First- getting to the restaurant is a little confusing. There is a street at traffic light, between Lost Pizza and the bank that’s under construction, turn there and then when the road ends, turn right. The drive thru was fast. The staff was courteous and our order was correct. The grilled chicken tenders were large and moist. They had a good flavor. The coleslaw was tasty. The crinkle fries were good and a large portion. I popped them into the air fryer when we got home and crisped them up. The Texas Toast was buttery. The dipping sauce was very mayonnaise-y and sort of bland. Overall, good chicken restaurant.
