Go Here! So much better than other breakfast places. Tasty original dishes. Tons of yummy, healthy food. Clean, bright, and cheery. Our server Joe was very professional and helpful. I had their homemade corned beef hash with roasted brussel sprouts drizzled with balsamic syrup(yes for breakfast and it was fabulous) and 2 eggs over medium which were cooked perfectly. My husband had eggs Benedict with the most luscious hollandaise sauce and roasted asparagus and home fries.

Wanted to try since I saw some good reviews on it. Well I tried it today and I was pleasantly surprised, it was outstanding!!! Menu is different then most places with selections I have never seen, really healthy options. I had the eggs Benedict with asparagus and it was outstanding, see picture, great presentation!!!!!!!!!! Will be back again next week!!!! Couldn’t eat it all which is a surprise for me.

Went with a friend for breakfast. My first impression was it was a bit over priced from the menu, but ordered and was quickly forgetting that thought. I ordered the Loaded Breakfast Sandwich. I mean Avocado and bacon, OK you had me there...And that Sirracha Mayo AMAZING!!! The Aged Cheddar Grits were earth moving! My friend ordered the Banana pancakes with a side of Home fries. She loved it also! For the time of day, Breakfast, it wasnt packed out the door with a line, but I hope this changes because even though it was expensive, the meal was very good.

For the first time I’ve had homemade corned beef and hash. Very surprised with menu. I highly recommend this establishment and to the great host and waitress.

We decided to look for a new place outside the few breakfast places we normally eat at. I remembered this place being Eggs Up Grill and recently was remodeled and has opened up as Humphrey's. Needless to say my wife and I were impressed with the entire experience. The food was fresh and good! Our server was sweet and nice. The owners were actively involved and welcoming. I really hope this place takes off! We will definitely be back for more!
