Hunan Cafe

Their food is so good! Seemed to recently update their egg rolls and gyoza. They were good before but they are great now! We haven't gotten anything there we don't like! We usually spend $70-$80 for 2, but the portions are so big we usually get 4-6 meals out if it!

I went in on Wednesday and placed an order for take out. I ordered the Dinner Combination Beef & Broccoli W/$2.00 extra beef. (Because normally they just give you GIANT chunks of Broccoli and four or five pieces of beef!) All dinner Combinations comes with white or fried rice, egg roll and soup. I also ordered Chicken Lo Mein dinner combination dinner. My total was nearly $35.00 and I added a tip. After receiving my food. I normally check my bag before I leave but, I did not check it. I did ask the young man that handed me my food about the order and he assured me everything was in the "stapled bag"! We live in Louisa County and you'd be hard pressed to find a Chinese restaurant within a thirty miles radius that meets our expectations! There use to be one in Ashland but they closed. There

Pretty good food for the price, very tasty. Never had a problem ordering from here, staff always friendly. Crab rangoons are better here than other restaurants I’ve tried.

Really good, fresh and hot Chinese food. Not fancy, but great lunch!

I tried their Singapore noodles and scallops. Very delicious, much better than other restaurants in the area. The staff was friendly and interior looked kept up. Being able to order online is a definite plus. Update: Went back for lunch today and had their General Tso’s. It had good size chicken pieces and the fried rice tasted great. A plate with an entree, fried rice, egg roll, and a bottle of Sprite was just over $12.
