Hunan Express

Small little place with no people, the man who took our orders was nice and friendly, we got our food quite quickly (Probably under 10 minutes). We got the cream cheese wontons, the kung pao chicken which came with rice, and the hot and sour soup. Everything was good and had really big portions, especially for the price. 10 cream cheese wontons for the price of 5 at panda express is a steal!!! I would be back, except that I live in New York. I would highly recommend this place!

Service was good but food was mid-level. Nothing great but not terrible. We were most disappointed with the hot Mongolian beef dish because you had to dig through peppers and onions just to find one piece of meat. As for freshness, I cannot comment because we took it to go.

I had a coupon that came in the mail. The coupon was for Pot Stickers (16) for $4.50 Expired 11-30-25. When I got my order i only got 6 pot stickers. When i questioned the error i was told the coupon was an error and he would NOT HONOR it and he processed to argue that he’d been there 10 years and would not honor it. He was rude and out of line. When a coupon is given it is reasonable to expect that it be honored. I ordered Shrimp Lo Mein as well and was disappointed as it was bland. I ended up throwing it away. I will never go there again. i have no desire to support a business that is run/owned by rude dishonest people

I’ve always wanted to try this place out and I’m thankful I did! Their combo meals are incredibly affordable (8$) the meal was cooked fresh and quickly, and I was able to enjoy some nostalgic tasting Moo Goo Gai Pan, which is hard to find around Salt Lake. This place is significantly more affordable than Panda Express, local, perfect for a lunch break and has more variety in food options! Will definitely go again!

Oh man this place is 0/10 super disgusting I really went with an open mind, didn’t even look at the reviews. When I go do reviews I look at the menu and go and do my own review without anyone’s influence. Ordered by phone: Honey Walnut Shrimp - which the dough was not cooked all the way. It was super thick and super greasy not cooked all the way. It was missing the sauce as you can see from this picture. Beef lo men - had barely any beef a lot of vegetables and the been was chewy - which tells me it’s old meat. I took a few bites of each plate and threw them away - there goes $26.00 I’ll never get back. It’s unfortunate I like supporting local restaurants but they also have to do their part. This place was a busy first & last time.
