New update to the update: Contacted them again cause they never came back to the phone. They are refusing to refund me because they made the food twice as it's my fault their service is pathetic and that the delivery driver supposedly delivered it elsewhere. I. Told them I wanted a refund before any food was delivered and while on the phone over one hour after they said they was gonna resend the food the delivery driver finally popped up and I told the person on the phone I'm refusing the food and want my refund. I am filing a complaint regarding poor service and unprofessional conduct from the Hungry Howie’s location in Auburndale, Florida. On February 14, 2026, I placed an order that took approximately 105 minutes to arrive. When the food finally showed up, it was cold and the order was incorrect. This was already frustrating given the excessive wait time. Around 8:20 PM, I called the store and spoke with the manager on duty to resolve the issue. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, I was told I would have to wait another 40 minutes for a replacement. I also asked about receiving a credit or refund because of the delay and incorrect order, but the manager said a credit could not be issued. I had an amazing experience! The delivery service was fast and reliable, and the pizza was incredibly fresh and delicious. On top of that, the cool drawings added such a creative and fun touch—it really made the order feel special. The customer service was outstanding as well; the person who answered at the actual location was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place for great food and an awesome overall experience!

Every time I come into the store food never hot people never welcome you the right way. You would be better off going to the one in Winter Haven because it's way fresher and better and better customer service The customer service there is garbage. Food is never ever hot or fresh every time I come in. Disappointing to the highest level.
