Hwy 55 Burgers Shakes & Fries

The welcoming you get walking in the door is awesome. The restaurant could use a freshening up; looks like it needs deep cleaning, but carries that 'old roadside diner' feel. The menu is simple, could use a few more items; veggies or breakfast items. Overall peaceful and enjoyed the meal. Service was perfect, fast!

Tonight was our first time there. Super busy as expected (National Hamburger Day) but the staff were all fantastic. I love the constant please and thank you between the waitresses and the cooks. Everyone seemed friendly despite the rush and provided great service. We will be back.

Got food from here for the first time today although I knew the restaurant existed and that the owner was genuinely a good community icon for a few years. When it comes to food I'm a man of habit. I very seldom try new food. Decided to throw my money their way today and the food was delicious. 10/10. To top it off, the order was out to me in lightning speed. Will be getting more of my money FOR SURE. Glad I made the choice to step out of the norm.

What can I say! This place was amazing! The owners were very nice and had a great sense of humor. He definitely he very funny. The food, was the best burger ever! The bread was slightly toasted, exactly enough lettuce pickles, tomatoes and mustard on it. Everything was fresh and I felt like I had a piece of heaven. The tables were clean, you could smell a hint of bleach but not over barring. I felt at home, it was hard to leave. The ice-cream tasted homemade. Me and my family were very impressed. Thank you for giving us the best food and service we have had in a long time. Also it's really cool you feed kids for free. We drove from blair sc to eat and it was worth it 100%

We need more people in this world like Jay Webb and Byron. next time i’m in SC i will be stopping at this exact location to support the business. God bless and good luck with the company ❤️
