We had the bakery make my sons birthday cake with sponge Bob decoration. I let them do the decorations with no input from me and they nailed it. The chocolate cake was perfect and it looked amazing

We recently stopped into the Prairie Trail location to order some cookies for my daughters birthday party which is in a couple weeks. We inquired about having a dinosaur theme to the cookies and showed a pintrest picture of cartoony-themed dinosaur cookies. The lady who was at the bakery counter said they could not do that beacause of copyright issues. While these looked like generic dinosaur cookie images, we said that was fine that they did not have to look like the example, just a general theme. The lady would go on again about due to copyright they could only have 30% of the image. Again, we said we understood and only wished for a theme (not a copy) and if they could accommodate the request.
