To be fully transparent- I am about 4 weeks behind on this review but nonetheless this place deserves some recognition! We went for the first time for their lunch buffet. First, for the price and the variety you just can’t get it any better! I always recommend these if you don’t really know the cuisine but want the option to try different things. We did go at the back end of the service so i wonder if we went earlier on if the food would be more fresh and warm. They offered a variety of various Korean dishes. The thing I loved the most was the option to hold your own bibimbap bowl! They provide 2 different kinds of rice and a wide selection of toppings! It was pretty good!!! Amazing food, friendly service, and one of my favorite places to eat! We ordered the premium plus combo and it was delicious. The meat was super tender. Our waiter, Eric, was awesome! He was super friendly and chatted with us while he helped us with the meat. Overall an amazing experience!

TL;DR: $19 Korean and sushi lunch buffet with lots of variety. Food is just ok. Some dishes were cold even during peak lunch. Worth it if you're hungry and not too picky. Stopped by Hyeban for their $19 all-you-can-eat Korean and sushi lunch buffet. They had a solid variety—japchae, Korean fried chicken, tteokbokki, fish cake soup, kimchi fried rice, banchan, and a decent sushi spread (mostly salmon with a few special rolls). Food quality was just okay. A few items were already cold, even though we arrived during peak lunch time. Nothing was terrible, but nothing really wowed either. That said, for $19, it’s a good value if you're looking to fill up on Korean comfort food and sushi. Just expect a typical buffet experience—plenty of choices, but hit-or-miss on freshness.

Good food, outstanding customer service. They always take care of my kids when we come here to eat, thoughtfully cutting up the food for them, offering chopsticks that fit their needs, and going the extra mile to make both my kids and us tired parents feel at home. We truly appreciate their attentiveness to everything and we always feel like they’re delivering white glove service. I now recommend this place over any of the other local KBBQ spots bc of their customer service and attention to detail.

I stopped by for the lunch buffet. The side dishes were quite good, but unfortunately, the rice in the sushi rolls was very dry, which made them difficult to eat. I also found it a bit odd that Kalguksu (noodle soup) or Dak-bokkeum-tang (spicy braised chicken) were offered as side options for the buffet. Personally, I think it would have been much better if complimentary drinks were included instead.
