Häagen-Dazs

I was checking out the mall and as an ice cream lover I wanted to grab a treat. I always like trying out new flavors, do I tried the irish cream brownie which did not disappoint. Guy who served me was friendly it was a bit pricey but I enjoyed it.

I went to Häagen-dazs at Queens center today to get ice cream, had the worst experience. I asked to redeem my points for a small Ice cream with sugar cone and they refused to give me the sugar cone, told me they don’t have it and insisted I should get the waffle cone for $2. I then went to the register to pay and this is when I saw they had sugar cones in the back, crazy! Then I told them to scan the QR code and they say it doesn’t work it has already been scanned before, when I literally redeemed my points holding my phone infront of their face, crazy again! LOL Häagen-dazs is a nightmare, it’s a joke. They claim it’s premium ice cream, mine was melted vanilla chocolate chip ice cream. I remember Baskin robbins never charged me $10.86 for a small ice cream cone, crazyyyyyyyyy

I had a very bad experience today. I just wanted to redeem my reward from the app and a very rude lady scanned the qr code and told me to pay. I told her this reward is for a free mini cup but she insisted that the qr code is no longer valid when I literally just activated it. Then she scanned it the second time and told me that the code has been already used. I started to explain her that that’s because she scanned it twice so of course it’s showing up as already used. The lady got very mad and rudely started yelling at me. I didn’t want to waste more time and just called it quits and walked away. She basically scammed me. Never returning to this location again.

I’m a regular at the Haagan Dazs counter on the top floor of QCM. I was in the mood for a cookies and cream milkshake. It was $10.99 but I decided to tip because I was in a good mood. The milkshake came to a total of $13.76. The milkshake tasted like metal. It had a terrible aftertaste, almost like I could taste a blender. After a couple sips, I knew something was wrong and I went back and told the workers the issue. They told me I was wrong and gave a bunch of excuses avoiding the claim I was making. I asked if they could provide me with something else that was of the same value and they told me no. Unfortunately, I had to throw away the drink. No customer service. I’m very disappointed.
