I bought a drink and when I got outside, the cup broke. When I went back inside to tell the employee, they told me that it wasn’t their fault that the cup broke. When I tried to explain, he kept insisting that I was lying. It wasn’t cheap either. Even though it was only $11, it’s still money. It's really bad for them to do this, and today is Thanksgiving. I will never go to this store again. I hope this store can be reported. The service is really too bad. The staff also talks to children in a bad tone. They insist that the children are lying. Even if I have evidence, and there is only one employee in the store. We are just protecting our rights and interests. This is not wrong. I don't want them to pay compensation. But at least they apologize for lying. Such people hope that such people

Been going to this place for years since I was a kid and recently with new management things have changed for the worst. Prices have gone up while quality, quantity and taste have gone down. See attached picture of my 2 scoops of ice cream. Very disappointed and will definitely be looking for a new location to go to

I am so sad because this had been the best Haagen Dazz up until two months ago. New Management and it's such a major change as far as cleanliness and quality and customer service. Other Management had this place immaculate clean, they wrote so nicely on the cakes, made the milk shakes so perfect but this management lacks all of these. They are not as friendly, other ice cream flavors are in other ice cream tubs, they cannot write on the cakes and they do not know how to make milk shakes. This was my spot for all my cakes, birthdays and holidays. I have to find another location sadly or please bring back old Management.

Not a good first experience for me. I asked for strawberry cheesecake ice cream in a sugar cone and received a regular cone. I informed the cashier that I asked for a sugar cone and not a regular cone and he told me I have to take what he gives me!! His name is Faraz A. And because of him I will never return to this location!!! And he also gave me a little scoop of ice cream.

Lovely new hires! 2 amazing young teenage girls , I look forward to getting my usual ice cream here on fridays and the weekends thanks to them. The place is clean, and they take their time with all costumers!
