Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream Shop

I recently visited Häagen-Dazs, and it was absolutely the spot for a sweet treat. The atmosphere was inviting, and the quality of the ice cream was top-notch. Even though I didn’t note a specific favorite flavor this time, every scoop tasted rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. The staff was friendly and the service was fast, making the experience all the more enjoyable. Overall, I would give Häagen-Dazs a solid 5 stars for delivering a consistently delicious and satisfying experience.

I ordered via Uber Eats a couple days ago. I finally had time to relax and eat my Rum Raisin ice cream that I was truly looking forward to, only to find out that they didn’t give me what I asked for. 85% of the container was packed with chocolate(I hate chocolate )chip ice cream and the remaining 15% with rum raisin. Tried calling the restaurant, no answer. That’s just disgusting behavior honestly. Disappointed and angry can’t even explain the feeling when you’re looking forward to something. Never again

I usually love Haagen-Dazs, but this location was an absolute disaster. As soon as we walked in, the worker behind the counter had a visible attitude. I politely asked to try a flavor, and she acted like it was the biggest inconvenience in the world. When my friend asked about if there could be any substitutions for the milkshakes she responded with the same rude tone, like we were bothering her just by asking a basic question. The worst part was my friend ended up getting a milkshake, and within an hour he started feeling extremely sick. He threw up several times and felt terrible for the couple days. That’s unacceptable. One of the best ice cream shops in the city. The ice cream here is very fresh and feels dreamy as soon as you take your first bite. The staff here is very friendly and tentative to providing you great service. I tried several varieties of ice cream they offered and it just keeps you wanting more. 🍦🍧😋

The best ice cream shop in the neighborhood! We love the flavors, the rich ingredients, and the friendly service. Highly recommend this local (it’s the first ever HD store!) gem.
