Häagen‑Dazs at King of Prussia is my go‑to sweet spot when I’m in the mall and need a serious ice cream fix. The flavors are rich, creamy, and super indulgent — classics like vanilla, chocolate, and coffee never disappoint, and they usually have a few fun seasonal or limited‑time options too. It’s a small counter setup, so it’s quick and easy to grab a cup or cone and keep walking, or you can grab a seat nearby if you want to sit and enjoy it. The staff are usually friendly and fast, which is nice when the mall’s busy. Yeah, it’s a bit pricier than a regular ice cream shop, but honestly, a small scoop still feels like a treat worth having. If you’re craving something smooth, cold, and super satisfying, this Häagen‑Dazs hits the spot every time.

Ice cream is delicious, but the highlight was the service. I had two ten-year-old girls with me who took awhile to choose, and the man who served us was so patient and kind to them. It was very noisy and crowded, but he gave them his full attention and made sure they got exactly what they wanted. Meanwhile another server offered me a taste of his favorite flavor combo, just for fun. I ended up getting the peppermint bark ice cream. Peppermint was my favorite ice cream when I was a kid, and it’s hard to come by these days. This one hit the spot. Honestly, I was dreading going to the mall, but this ice cream spot made it worth while.

Very great service and very good ice cream and drinks!!! The girl that made my drink, has a broken arm and all and the drink was still good. She was very dedicated and knowledgeable of the products. Would go there again.

Ordered the banana split which came with vanilla ice cream and chocolate fudge. Strawberries, banana, and pineapple, plus whipped cream rounded it out. This would have been tastier with chocolate ice cream but was still pretty good! The store offers cones, cups, and sundaes. Stop by and satisfy your sweet tooth!

I enjoy the ice cream, however the people working the day I was there were rude. I stood right in front of the cash register, right in front of two employees who were talking to each other and didn't even notice we were standing there. So we went to Cold Stone.
