Häagen-Dazs Miami International Mall

Great location. They serve big portions with lots of toppings. They don't go cheap on their toppings. They make sure you are satisfied then trying to go cheap. I have stop going to of ice cream store because they go cheap on toppings and servings. Been here several times And all the ladies are very kind. Make sure to tip them as they truly deserve it.

The ice cream is great and the counter and prep area are clean BUT...they DID NOT allow me to use my Samsung Pay to pay for my ice cream. The manager tells me it's not her choice, it's the owner's not to accept it. I'm trying to explain to her that there's nothing to accept, no special equipment needed..it works EVERYWHERE!! She didn't even give me the opportunity to prove it. She just didn't get it. I didn't have that credit card with me so I had to use another one and for this reason, I'm giving this experience ONE STAR.

They wanted to overcharge us. We stated we wanted small and she said she gave us large. When we complained about paying she ask us to bring back our icecreams so she could take some out to make it a small portion. Even after we were eating them. We returned everything and left. It felt like a behavior from a Latin-American country. They should consider hiring people who understand how America works.

The ice cream is delicious of course because it’s Häagen-Dazs. But they can’t get a Postmates order correct to save their lives! It’s happened so many times and this is the only location that delivers to us so it’s extremely unfortunate and we only order instead of picking up when we absolutely don’t have another choice. Today they completely ignored our notes to exclude whipped cream on our shakes and they packed our “hand packed pints of ice cream“ in plastic shake cups … The ones with the hole on top. How are we supposed to freeze the ice cream in that? To overpay for ice cream and splurge like this and then have this many mistakes in our order is beyond comprehension. $12 per pint to have them come in a shake up… absurd!
