The ice cream was very good and service fairly fast. The ice cream was a bit soft on a cooler day. I thought the staff at this location was not as friendly and welcoming as other food venues.

My experience at Häagen-Dazs today was very disappointing. The staff had a very negative attitude, with bad expressions and clear disinterest, as if they hated their job. In a place as magical as Universal, this kind of treatment completely ruins the experience. Our order was delivered incomplete. Later, one of the staff members brought the cream in a cup and almost threw it onto the table. A simple apology would have meant much more than that cream. It’s a shame that such a well-known brand provides such poor service in such a beautiful park. I would not return or recommend this place until customer service improves.

A Recognizable Ice Cream Spot at Universal Orlando 🍦 There are plenty of ice cream options within Universal Orlando Resort, but if you’re after a specific brand, this location might fit the bill. While it offers the typical HG experience, it doesn’t interact seamlessly with the Universal Florida app, which can be inconvenient. Also, be prepared for a long wait, as lines here tend to move slowly.

The ice-cream was good and milkshake was okay. The milkshake wasn't blended enough but was ok. I'll be back on a hot day again.

The icecream here was outstanding and took care of that little craving I had. They have many flavors on hand so there is something for everyone. There is a little inside seating if you want to cool down and enjoy your treat.
