Incredible ice cream experience, but what truly impressed me was the customer service. The staff was friendly, patient, and genuinely welcoming. They offered samples with a smile, helped us choose flavors, and made sure we were completely happy with our order. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Great service. Matthew was excellent!! Purchased an ice cream cake for my son’s birthday. Wide selection of ice cream birthday cakes and for all occasions. Ice cream cakes are freshly made at the store and are absolutely delicious.

First time at Causeway Square Häagen-Dazs with my daughter — great service and amazing ice cream! She had the mango and strawberry sorbet, and I tried a modified Pumpkin Spice Dazzler with pralines & cream and salted brown butter cookie ice cream. Absolutely delicious. We’ll definitely be back

Best ice cream in the area, hands down. The shop is spotless, the vibe is great, and the flavors are on another level. But the real highlight is Cathy — she’s always welcoming, patient, and treats every customer like family. The ice cream tastes fresh and high-quality, the portions are generous, and the prices are fair. Cathy makes the whole experience even better. This place quickly became my go-to spot.
