Häagen-Dazs

I love coming to this place🤩 They serve better portions and honestly this is my favorite brand ice cream. 🍦 🥰The staff members are nice and the place is clean and remember to tip them 😄

Bad experience at the Scarsdale location. We love Haagen dazs but this one really disappointed us. My daughter has a peanut allergy and all Haagen dazs shops always scoop from a new tub in the back but the two men working said they wouldn’t do that. They said it’ll take too long… so my 9 year old was super sad bc we went out of our way to go to a Haagen dazs and still ended up with no ice cream. Definitely skip the Scarsdale location and go to Bronxville instead.

In love with so many options that you do not find in supermarket. It was great to go with my mom and we chatted with other customers. Wonderful memories. My ice cream choice was awesome. Next time I might go for a smoothie.

The one and only place to buy ice cream, frozen yogurt, sorbet and cakes as well as sundaes and shakes is Haagen-Das on Spencer Place in Scarsdale Village. It it expensive to buy a tiny cup of sorbet or ice cream? Yes it is! However no one is forcing you to shop there! Over the years we’ve purchased many delicious ice cream cakes and if you are looking for a house warming gift that will be devoured with glee, why not bring a pint or two? Today we treated ourselves to a cup of strawberry sorbet! We wanted to buy something healthy-ish! And it was delightful to eat on a 90 degree summer day!

AVOID!!! Super rude male staff, no greeting no service. Even yelled at me because I asked how to operate on the “Häagen-Dazs Dazs” app. He talks with zero manner and calls people “hey can’t you do this don’t you know that don’t touch this don’t do that, can’t you get it?” I’ve never met someone this rude in our town. And I swear I’ll never come back to this store. Whoever is this store’s owner, I feel so sorry for you. And whoever wants a Hagen Dazs ice cream, go to the grocery store, you get better ice cream and service. Seriously don’t visit this hole.
