Häagen-Dazs

Made a quick stop to get a cup of ice cream. Lots of favor available. Served in cones and cups. Bunch of toppings are also there to add. We liked our cookies & cream ice cream, it was fresh and not icy. Sprinkles, gummy bears and M&Ms were good. Just the staff was little annoying. She kept saying I can’t have 3 toppings in a small cup, it’s too much, and I kept telling her I just want a bit of each, not a whole cup full. Finally she came around what I was saying, got our cup, paid and were on our way.

I recently took my kids and wife to the Haagen-Dazs at Willowbrook Mall, and we had a fantastic experience! The service was outstanding—every staff member was really attentive and friendly. They even offered samples to the kids when they couldn't decide on a flavor, which was super helpful. I really appreciated their patience as we took our time picking out the right scoops. Overall, it was a fun outing, and we’ll definitely be going back for our ice cream fix from now on!

The food, atmosphere, and staff was fantastic! For starters, the employees were super nice, helpful and patient. I ordered the Banana Split Dazzler Sundae and it was delicious and so worth the price. The atmosphere was wonderful and everything was so clean and organized. Since most businesses have a disheveled atmosphere, Häagen-Dazs did not disappoint at all! Overall, come here! It is amazing and you will not regret it.

Too expensive , I asked for a small cup and cookies topping, the extra paid for topping not worth it. Paid $8.00. I asked why the topping so little, but as a customer I was not offered to at least put a decent amount. He left it like that. Sorry lost a customer never again.

A female employee started working on my order as soon as I told her my order and she matched it to the digital order the store received. She then left the order without completing it to tend to more people on the line. With 3 employees working, I was skipped about 6 times and they forgot about me. I brought it to their attention 2 times and was ignored. An employee named Jack (the only male employee) with a terrible attitude told me my order would be completed soon. I asked him why they kept skipping me. He looked at my order details and he said because I used DoorDash, which was incorrect. I ordered directly on the Hagen Daas app and mentioned it when I was asked for my order while on line. He then brushed me off and went to complete the order.
