Very delicious and affordable! I spent about 13$ per bowl and it is HUGE. I ordered the Beef Brisket rice noodles, and the beef is so soft! I think it’s perfect for first time tryer. The nice broth warms you right up in this cold weather. My gf got Spicy Lamb Biang Biang and the noodles are also very soft to chew on and flavorful. The interior is beautiful. The atmosphere is great. Would definitely come back to Boston to try!
IFresh Noodle is a Chinese restaurant well known for their hand pulled noodles and other Chinese dishes. The place was closed for a long time due to a fire, but reopened this year with a new, more modern design. We got takeout, but the service was fast and the food was prepped quickly. We tried the hand pulled lamb cumin noodles, the skewers, and popcorn chicken with the thai basil seasoning. The popcorn chicken was just alright, fried well but did get a bit soggy, the seasoning wasn't too strong but did have the signature taste of thai basil. The skewer was average, not a lot of seasoning on it as well, but did taste good. The hand pulled noodles is where it stood out. The flavor on the noodles were good, and the hand pulled noodles were stringy and not overly firm. The spice wasn't too
Flavourful soup. Lots of hand made noodles. Noodles not very thick. 4 thin slivers of meat. For the price they gave very little meat which is incredibly confusing. I suggest the ownership rethink of the product they’re offering. I do not recommend any noodle soups here. I kindly give 3 stars because a dry noodle might taste better even if they give tiny meat portions. Be careful what you order here due to the protein portion. I would rate lower but I want the restaurant to succeed.
We ordered everything that looked good that other people were eating: Spicy Lamb Biang Biang Noodle, Sichuan Fish Fillet with Preserved Mustard Greens, Lamb Skewers, and Tea Eggs. We loved all of the above, but the absolute STANDOUT was the Sichuan fish stew. It had a vibrant flavor from the pickled greens, and also lightly tingly from the Sichun peppercorns. It’s also big enough to feed 2-3 people. Note, you can get most items “less spicy”, and the Biang Biang can even be made “not spicy”. The lamb skewers were also really high quality. The place is small but very cozy and relatively fast table turnover. We will be back!
I absolutely love this place. My all-time favorites are the lamb barbecue and the biang biang chicken soup. The soup has the perfect level of spice, and the freshly made hand-pulled noodles make it even better. Truly an underrated gem!
