Rating: -ve / 5 I recently ordered from India Bites and Bazar, and unfortunately, it was a major letdown. I would not recommend this place based on the quality of the food served. Chilli Babycorn was the worst part of the meal. It was loaded with an excessive amount of artificial food coloring. It looked chemically enriched and felt very unhealthy to consume. I strongly advise against ordering this. Idli Vada Combo were extremely hard and lacked the soft, fluffy texture you expect. Not recommended. Stuffed Mirchi (2pc) were bland and lacked flavor. It simply wasn't tasty. Masala Dosa was the only "okay" item, but certainly not enough to save the meal. Overall, it felt like a waste of money. Between the poor textures and the alarming use of dyes in the baby corn, I won't be returning

Dry Fruit Chakkas were the bomb; to say it mildly. I might even visit a 2nd time to order this pastry and the Masala Chai. The rest of the food in our order did not live up to expectations. We had better versions of these warm dishes at Famous tandoori on PCH in Torrance, California, and at Podi Dosa on Pioneer Boulevard in Artesia. The spice levels of the warm menu items were relatively tame. The exception was the Sambal that came with my Dosa. I enjoyed it’s spicy flavors and texture from the lentils. However, digestion turned out to be challenging. The gassy/bubbly indicator for ingredients that are highly processed was active about half hour after finishing the meal.. Overall , the atmosphere at this place was no frills style but it was entertaining and enjoyable.

Nice indian restaurant inside of of indian market & bakery, loved that! I really wish my Chile panneer would've not been way too spicy to eat, and way overcooked sadly. It was more like rubber, too tough and to spicy to eat, so I couldn't enjoy that. 3/10 But the cauliflower 65 was really good!!! 10/10! Also let down over the garlic naan bread. There wasnt even fresh garlic on it, they used garlic powder or salt? I even asked if it had cilantro which she replied YES but it did not. 2/10

The food is always hot and medium spicy is as spicy as maximum spicy. I ordered indo Chinese from the place and it was noodles with biryani masala. Also when there are three noodle varieties, out of which two are the chilli ones why were the street noodles so spicy that I am sweating through my head. Spring rolls had cooked vegetable in it instead of the raw veggies and they were baby spring rolls. The food is fresh but they really need to follow recipes. Same spices in all kinds of Indian food or Indian fusion doesn't work. If you have opened a restaurant you should take pride in understanding diversity of food and how well you know to cook it ,not in putting same masala and technique in all the recipes. I have stopped ordering any kind of spicy food when ordering south Indian dishes from

We are regular customers and usually visit this restaurant once or twice a week. We almost always order the mandi, and normally we really enjoy the taste and quality. However, this time the experience was noticeably different. The taste wasn’t the same as usual, and the meat pieces were quite dry. We could clearly feel the difference compared to previous visits. We informed the front desk about it, and they said they would take it into consideration. I also ordered a Thums Up (glass bottle), but it seemed to have lost its fizz, almost like the gas had gone off. We truly like this place and have been loyal customers, which is why this visit was disappointing. Hoping this was just an off day and that the quality returns to what it usually is.
