Ichiban Ramen and Sushi Bar

For having the word "Ramen" proudly displayed in the name of the restaurant, you'd think it would taste decent. It's bland and doesn't come with many toppings, just cilantro, garlic, half an egg, and nori. The actual beef in the ramen was was good, but the rest of it, including the instant noodles, was lack luster. The chicken fried rice was fine. The chicken was bland and not very fresh tasting, but the rice itself was pretty good! I just feel like I've had better for the same price, so we will probably not return. The wait staff was very nice though!

The Service is excellent and the food were amazing. Definitely will recommend to other people. Will visit the restaurant again.

Definitely deserves 5 stars! ✨ My boyfriend and I decided to try this restaurant out for the first time tonight and we are so glad we did! Best sushi and cream cheese ragoon we’ve had so it has definitely become our number one spot for those for sure! Service was great and consistent, I forgot her name but she was the sweetest. The atmosphere was beautiful with plenty of space so you don’t feel claustrophobic. The woman who was bussing the tables came by occasionally to get our empty plates so they wouldn’t be in our way and she was sweet as well. Definitely a new favorite for us and will be back

My new favorite place. I’ve had three varieties of their Ramen Noodles and have been impressed each time. The coworkers that joined me for lunch ordered Chow Mein and the Rice Bowl. They were impressed with the portion size, freshness, and flavor. Food made it to the table pretty fast. Everything seems reasonably priced, especially for the amount of food (they both took home a to-go box after eating till they were full).

I entered Ichiban Ramen and Sushi Bar at exactly 2:21 PM, expecting a quick and smooth lunch experience. I was seated immediately, which initially gave me the impression that service would be prompt and organized. Unfortunately, that was the last positive part of my visit. After being seated, I was not acknowledged by a server for 15 full minutes. No greeting. No water. No “we’ll be right with you.” Nothing. The restaurant was not busy — there was a family of three already dining and a couple who had walked in before me. That was it. With such a light crowd, there was no clear reason for the delay or lack of basic customer service. By 2:50 PM, nearly 30 minutes into my lunch break, I still did not have any food in front of me, nor was I offered any explanation for the delay. At that point,
