Ichiban Sushi Garden

This is the best sushi you can get in the Puyallup area. The 2 for $14.99 lunch special is amazing! They are even better than Trapper's and my mom said they have been here since the 70s. I got a spicy roll and a roll with shrimp tempura in it. The only complaint I would give is the rolls are not as tightly rolled as I like but taste and quality of fish was VERY good. It's my favorite place for lunch.

We absolutely love this place! It’s run by a lovely older couple who cook everything themselves, the food is always fresh and full of flavor. The sushi is the best we’ve ever had, and the soups are amazing. Cozy atmosphere and truly made with love. Our favorite sushi spot!

A very cozy spot with a great atmosphere. The sushi selection is impressive, and everything we ordered tasted authentic. The staff was attentive without being pushy. It's a perfect place for a date night or a quiet dinner with friends. Good portions and fair prices for the quality you get.

I love this restaurant. They make the rice layer perfectly thin and pack it with lots of filling. The fish is always fresh!

This place is small and sketchy looking from outside, but inside is a gem. The food was great- between 4 of us we ordered 4 meals, 3 rolls, and some tea, and everyone was really good. At first I thought it was expensive, but everything has gotten expensive, their prices are on par if not low for what the new average is. The quality of the food was good too, made fresh, the meat was yummy & tender, no gristle. We were just looking for something quick and cheap and we got a surprisingly good meal here.
