We were honestly very impressed. We ordered three meals and ate them there, and everything was delicious. For a pre-made meal place, the quality really surprised us. You don’t usually expect food like that to taste so fresh and flavorful, but this place definitely delivered. We had the ground beef with broccoli and sauce, a parmigiana-style pasta, and some high-protein, low-carb wings. All of it was really good. They also have a great selection of protein cookies and bars, plus lots of meal options to choose from. The customer service was amazing. My first time in this store was exceptional with the customer service to say the least. From being greeted at the door to helping me pick out the right meals. The concept is simple: ready-to-eat meals that are already portioned and designed for people who want to eat clean but don’t have time to cook. The store itself feels more like a grab-and-go health food spot than a traditional restaurant. Inside, there are refrigerators filled with prepared meals, and you can just pick what you want for the week. The menu usually includes high-protein dishes like grilled chicken with rice, salmon with vegetables, or low-carb bowls. Wildly incorrect macros listed. I noticed the portions have gotten much smaller since the last time I went. I weighed out my food. My meal was supposed to have 29g or protein. I got less than 20. I know they don’t guarantee precise accuracy but that’s a HUGE difference. As you can see, my meal came with approximately 2.5 bites of meat. So prices went up and quality went DOWN DOWN. You cannot trust these labels.

The service was terrible, and the management skills of the two people working there today were appalling. They seemed to have a problem, but neither of them could solve anything on their own, and the other was even less capable of handling the rest of the store's operations. The lack of happiness on their faces perfectly illustrates someone doing their job without passion, responsibility, or empathy for those who come in looking for a quick fix and want to move on. Thank goodness they don't have to prepare anything. Otherwise, you'd be waiting forever.
