Huge fan of Ideal Nutrition. The selection of meals is excellent, and the best quality prepared meals we’ve ever had — and we’ve tried most of them. The staff is friendly and the space is always clean and bright. And we haven’t even taken advantage of the free delivery — just like stopping in once or twice a week to shop!

The last thing I expected to find while on vacation in Florida were healthy and delicious prepared meals. Ideal Nutrition has completely flipped the script on what prepared meals can, and should, be. First of all, these meals are made with fresh ingredients that are perfectly seasoned. The meals are refrigerated, NOT frozen. 2-3 minutes in the microwave and voila! My meal was ready to eat. No subscription is required although a subscription service is available. Since I was on vacation, this was the perfect answer to eating out for every meal. I want to give a big shout out to Lake Nona Store Manager Nick Messier. His product knowledge is off the charts! He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. WOW...!! I can honestly say that Ideal Nutrition has made healthy eating both enjoyable and effortless for me. From the moment I placed my first order, I was impressed—not just by the variety and quality of the food, but also by the outstanding customer service their team provides. The menu offers something for everyone, and I love how easy it is to find meals that fit my lifestyle. Favorites like the Grilled Chicken and Blackened Salmon are always fresh and bursting with flavor. I absolutely love I.N! I am on a weight loss journey and these meals are a life saver. The ingredients, macros, everything is transparent. Chasing around a toddler and working all week can take the steam out of you. My son, who decided he doesn't like pasta anymore, steals the lean beef ravioli! Delicious, healthy, affordable, and fast. Wow…..🤩 had a great experience at the NEW Ideal Nutrition in Lake Nona! The quality, presentation and selections of healthy chef prepared meals is just amazing! The Firecracker Meatballs and Sweet Potatoes crusted Chicken with asparagus and coconut rice was simply outstanding. The meals are packed with great flavor, quality and great packaging for heating and storing. The chicken and meatballs were perfectly cooked. The friendly and helpful staff at the counter made my experience more memorable with their great customer service 👍Prices are awesome and definitely a weekly must go to for me!!
