Ideal Nutrition makes eating healthy easy. Also, it’s a great alternative for work lunch, as I usually eat out. Every meal is $8.49, low in calories, and actually tastes homemade. I’ve had #18 grilled chicken, #34 blueberry muffins, and #40 breakfast hash. All fire 🔥

Ideal Nutrition has become one of my favorite go-to meal prep options, especially because they actually offer solid vegan choices. It’s refreshing to see a company take plant-based meals seriously. The cauliflower sweet and sour deserves its own fan club. It’s bright, flavorful, and one of those meals you finish and immediately think, “I want more of that!" If I could make one request, it would be this: more vegan meals, please. When the dishes are this good, you want a little more variety to choose from each week. Portions do lean on the smaller side. Overall, Ideal Nutrition is doing terrific work, and their plant-based options are absolutely worth trying. Excited to see what they add next.

Ideal Nutrition in St. Pete is solid every time. Food is fresh, tastes great, and makes eating healthy way easier. Caleb (the owner) is the man — super approachable, knows his stuff, and clearly cares about what he’s putting out. You can tell he actually stands behind the business. If you want good, healthy meals without the hassle, this place is definitely worth it.

I stopped here to grab some macro-friendly meal prep while in town for a work trip to be completely honest I had very low expectations because I’ve had many experiences with meal prep companies and you just sort of learned to expect mediocre meals to hit your macros and eat healthy. I mean this in the nicest way possible but I left extremely confused after I ate my first meal because it was absolutely delicious…and I don’t mean just delicious for a ‘meal prep meal.’ I mean delicious for a meal you would eat anywhere. I don’t know how they’ve managed to do with no other meal prep company I’ve experienced has managed to do. I also really appreciate that they have truly ‘high protein’ meals with 35g of protein or more per meal. If I lived in town, I would be canceling the meal prep company th
