Love this laid-back place with a quiet joy in food and friendship. It’s a now a Main St (Moran Square in Fitchburg) fixture and I wish I could go there every day! They make their own cream cheeses, have a small food menu but really quality items. I got the Tuscan Chicken Sandwich, which features a delicious and slightly spicy pesto. The crossaint breakfast sandwich is ENORMOUS and so worth it! We also had the pumpkin chai tea and it was piping hot and perfect flavor. I can see myself becoming not only a regular there, but finding friends and reading and writing, too. I could even bring my daughter often, given the many kids books available for anyone to read!

Coffee was delicious and the staff was kind, friendly and social. Very good experience while visiting for the first time. The sitting area is big and feels welcoming. Everything is well maintained and they have parking available. Will go again for a Cortado. This coffee shop offers both prepared food as well as pastries.

Great customer service. But food quality not great. Advertising on menu is amazing and visually full. Definitely not what we got. We ordered the chicken salad sandwiches and basically got lettuce on bread. Picked off rhe lettuce and end result was very lacking. Not worth the $40 we paid for 2 sandwich at $9 each plus a coffee and oj.

A customer service based business is only as good as its employees. Good espresso is difficult to find, a good barista even harder. If a novice is making the coffee then the price cant be 10+ dollars, its an art, somewhat like being a good chef is not the same as being a good cook. I ordered a triple shot 16 oz they said 10 dollars and change, I was like thats weird why so much the two employees said they cant make triples only doubles and quads tyen threw a little tantrum and told me they were taking the extra espresso off. They gave me the old "we dont make the rules bro" Im just a curious guy, it wasnt busy, idk why they were so butt hurt about a couple questions. In the Fitchburg location, I ordered the Iced Maple Cubano Latte and a O.G sandwich, both were absolutely delicious. My sister had the banana smoothie and a red velvet muffin, and she loved every bite. The ambiance and vibe are super chill, and the employees were friendly, helpful, and overall amazing. This has definitely become my go to coffee place whenever I’m in town. Highly recommend!
