I walked in hungry after a long day. No one greeted me after me standing at the front door for ten minutes. I had to wave some down for help. The wait staff and manager saw me and said nothing and did nothing to help. I asked to speak to a manager multiple times and he never came and spoke to me regarding my horrible service or lack of. When I got my food it was cold and covered in grease and the server didn’t even ask if they could have it remade. This is the worse experience I think I have ever had and I hope someone from the corporate office reads this in and makes some serious changes here.VERY DISAPPOINTING
I recently visited IHOP and had a fantastic experience. I ordered the chicken and waffles, and the food arrived hot and delicious. My server, Mariela G, was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was perfect. She made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my meal. I would love to come back and hope Mariela G is always my waiter!
My food was good . My sever Mia B was awesome, cute white chick . She was good . Quantity was good . I have to pack left over .
Was promptly greeted & seated. Service was quick, friendly, and attentive. Food came out exactly as ordered, promptly, and delicious! My server Maddie was very kind and personable, and made sure I was taken care of properly. Will be dining again!
