Worste experience. My family came here after Church for a meal. My husband and I ordered the country fried steak meal and our son ordered eggs, bacon and french toast strips off of the kids menu. After waiting almost 20 mins for our food, we were informed that they were out of the chicken fried steak. Um ok, so we both ordered the Sample breakfast with over medium eggs. Waited another 20 mins then we got our food. Our son's food was sitting for 20 mins while they were making ours so his eggs were cold and they had hair from the cook in them (picture) my husbands eggs were NOT over medium and they forgot the cheese for his hash browns. Ordered the Classic Eggs Benedict to go. Received hard-boiled eggs on toast, generously covered in hollandaise — despite my only request being sauce on the side. I understand mistakes and usually don’t complain, but this wasn’t a mix-up. It was a bold reimagining of Eggs Benedict. Unfortunately, I paid real money for the original version. Since reopening as Applebee's and IHOP the service has improved. My server Javier was on top of it. Took my order promptly. Checked in with me repeatedly and was very friendly. The manager helped deliver plates and walked around checking in with everyone. My food was very good. I got the sirloin tips with pancakes. It was all cooked perfectly.

This place is fairly new so I gave them awhile to get up and running before I visited a couple of weeks ago. I tried to be understanding about the slow and almost absent service, but it was unacceptable. The wait staff seemed almost untrained and clueless. I was as patient as possible but after barely being waited on in the couple of hours I was there... But I finally got up and asked the host for my bill. I could have easily left without paying as no one was paying attention to me. And the food was nothing special. It had a overly processed or burnt type of taste. They give you a lot of it though. As far as the price, I had pancakes, bacon and coffee and it was over $25. Not sure if that was correct. Guess I could have saved on the tip but I did not want to do that. I won't be going back.

My family and I went on new years day. Ordered the pickle fries and chicken wonton tacos for some starters. Pickle fries were soggy and the wonton shells for the tacos were either over done or stale. Which i could eat the wonton tacos every day of the week.. my fiance ordered the biscuits and gravy meal, and I got the whole lotta bacon burger without pickles and tomatoes. The biscuits and gravy they brought out was anything but that. 2 little sauce cups of gravy with 2 big biscuits that didnt look very appetizing. My burger had everything on it. Goes through 3 people's hands to make sure it comes out right.. The only reason im giving it 2 stars is because the pancakes and the French toast we got was very good. Our waitress was nice and did a good job.
