9 months pregnant and woke up craving pancakes so to ihop we went. The worst Sunday brunch I’ve ever had!! 11/16/25 around 10am. All started from the male host in front then snowballed from there. I greeted him “hiii”. He didn’t even acknowledged me. Completely ignored, no eye contact, walked right past me, then helped the guy that came in after us asking if he’s picking up an order. Excuse me?? I’m standing right here. The host could’ve at least greeted us then said “I’ll be right with you” before helping someone else. Rude. Finally seated. Ordered. Waited. Then waited some more. Apparently there’s only 3 cooks today so food took extremely long to come out. It wasn’t busy when we got there. The rush came in after we left! Military discount ONLY applies to the person that served, not their dependants. (Children) also the food was served cold. Honestly. Not that great. Unjustified proces for low quality food. Also I was left thirsty.

The service was impeccable and the food was cooked to perfection. I was very concerned about eating here after seeing so many poor reviews. I can assure you that we were pleasantly surprised at how good it actually was. I will eat there again for certain. 😀👍

Went to pick up an order for Door Dash. I got there early and was waiting for approximately 10 minutes. When I told the older dark-haired female "hostess" that the order was late, she rolled her eyes. I work for Door DASH--not Door SNAIL--and my customer was waiting. When the order finally came out, the "hostess" practically threw the order at me and didn't even apologize for it being late. This is not an isolated incident: the last time I was here, they said they never got the order and then discovered their mistake. They are always late with the orders and based on the reviews I read, this locus is POORLY MANAGED. I would avoid this place at all costs.

I own the gym literally right next to this ihop. Talk about poor customer service. I will never bring another client into them. They are rude, they take over an hour to bring food out and they have 19 open tables yet let people stand outside waiting for food. And they blame it on being understaffed. Whoever the owner is of this establishment should know. From business owner to business owner this place is ran far too poor to be successful. Unfortunate.
